Hillary Jane Truesdell

Hillary Truesdell recently joined the firm as a paralegal.  She received her paralegal certificate in 2010 from Northern Essex Community College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in French.  While at UNC Charlotte, she spent a year abroad in England studying the British justice system at Kingston University.  She also spent a semester interning at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Sheriff’s Department’s Work Release and Restitution Center.  Ms. Truesdell is a member of the Honor Society for Criminal Justice (Alpha Phi Sigma) and the Honor Society for International Scholars (Phi Beta Delta).

Ms. Truesdell is responsible for researching cutting edge legal issues, drafting airtight legal memoranda, summarizing transcripts, police reports, and expert reports, coordinating trial preparation, proof reading drafts of Relentless Criminal Cross-Examination, and maintaining client relations.
