Free In-Office Consultation

We welcome you to call us at 617-492-0055 or contact us using our online contact form to schedule a free in-office consultation. Bring any documents, such as police reports, you believe will allow us to better understand the accusations made against you.

Our free in-office consultation will last approximately 30 minutes. During your meeting with Attorney Kevin J. Mahoney, we invite you to explain the circumstances that led to the accusations, as well as your expectations for how the case, or investigation, may be best resolved. Attorney Mahoney will attempt to anticipate how the police, D.E.A., F.B.I. or prosecutor might pursue the allegations or case against you, and will describe your options for you. Please be aware that because of the limitations of a 30-minute consultation, Attorney Mahoney will be unable to provide you with legal advice. Although anything you confide to Attorney Mahoney during this consultation is protected by the attorney/client privilege, no attorney/client relationship is formed unless Attorney Mahoney formally accepts your case.

It is our hope that the consultation will provide you with the opportunity to gain some insights into your circumstances and for you and Attorney Mahoney to get to know each other. Selecting the right criminal defense lawyer is critical to the successful outcome of your case or any investigation into any allegations being leveled against you. Our goal is to establish a foundation of trust with our clients during this initial consultation – rather than to take advantage of their fears or unrealistically raise their expectations in an effort to convince them to retain our firm. We will be honest with you and we expect that you will be honest with us.

Thank you for visiting our website and for considering us in your time of need.

Very truly yours,

Mahoney Criminal Defense Group
